For example if Brahamani is the first Yogini and Ashwani the first nakshatra, they are located in the same chakra and the cycle goes on.
There are 27 nakshatra and 8 Yoginis. By placing 3 nakshatra with a Yogini Purvabhadrapada, Uttrabhadrapada and Revatinakshatras remain unplaced. These 3 nakshatras are again located in the east direction to fall in the chakra of Brahamani, Kaumari and Varahi Yoginis. After placing the nakshatra with the Yogini the couple’s horoscopes are decided. If the marriage Muhurat contains the birth Yogini of the bride and the groom then it is measured as very auspicious for their marriage.Equally a different birth Yogini in the Muhurat of a marriage shows negative results in the life of the couple. It may cause problems in their married life.
Some Inauspicious Yogas in horoscope–A horoscope can have both the auspicious and inauspicious yoga. A malefic yoga is born when there is an inauspicious planetary combination among the planets or the houses. Let us discuss some common malefic yogas that can be seen in a horoscope.
• Kemadruma Yoga - This malefic yoga is formed in a horoscope when Moon is in the 2nd or 12th house and there are no other planets before or after the Moon. This yoga shows lack of wealth and struggle in the life of native.
• Grahan Yoga - Combination of Rahu and Ketu with the Moon forms this yoga may causesdeterioration and formsdangerousgrahan yoga if Sun associates with these forces. This malefic yoga affects the native’s mental condition.
• Shakat Yoga - This malefic yoga is formed when Jupiter is in the 6th or 8th house from the Moon. If a native’s horoscope has this yoga it means that the native may face complications gaining property.

• Kuja Yoga - Kuja yoga is formed when Mars is in the 1st, 4th, 7th, 8th and 12th house of a horoscope.
