Beauty, the Beast and a Dwarf

Saturn in Libra with a Little Pluto on the Side; or History, Headlines and Cyclic Themes

When planets with the largest globes enter new astrological signs, new trends develop in the collective. And when these planets relate to each other in what astrologers call aspects; these developments take shape even more clearly.

One of those planets is Saturn, who is most popularly known for restriction, limitation, frustration and delay. Even in His most likable form, Saturn is discipline, determination and durability; virtues, true, but still not the life of the party.

Beyond such dreary adjectives, though, bottom line, it’s Saturn’s job to balance the dynamics of the sign through which He is transiting, and He does this by bringing out the best and the worst of the sign until the job is done.

Because His ultimate task is balance, what better sign for Him to transit than Libra, the sign signified by the balanced scales of justice! This sign allows Saturn to do His job most effectively.Since, in the early days of Saturn in Libra this time, namely between November ’09 and October ’10, He was interacting with – or in aspect to – Pluto in Capricorn, we have to tease His effects out from the other. For instance, the blow to Tiger Woods’ marriage as well as his squeaky clean image is the work of Saturn in Libra, but the sex addiction is Pluto.

Pluto, by the way, is not one of the sweet little dwarves who whistled while they worked with Snow White. Pluto is a War Lord, the god of transformation. Yes, transformation is a wonderful thing – when the experience of transformation is over. Until then, it’s war, and not the honourable kind, but rather guerrilla warfare.

His time in Capricorn is wearing away the world of capitalism, and eventually, He will recreate a new socio-economic system. In the greater process, he is also wearing down many old men, the individuals and institutions that represent the old world order, or in other words, the world of Capricorn.

Here’s another example of teasing out one symbol from another. Saturn in Libra represents the controversial Nobel Peace Prize to our President Obama, but within a matter of weeks, Pluto’s symbolism is seen in the ramping up of our war effort in Afghanistan.

The Release of Pressure Makes For Tragedy

As for the astrological symbolism of Haiti’s tragic earthquake in January 2010 – just pick something. So many dramatic symbols of traumatic passages were at work in such a concentrated moment of time. Saturn’s station, His square with Pluto, the Solar Eclipse, the station of Mercury, the retrograde of Mars, Jupiter’s transition from Aquarius to Pisces – so much imagery of passages had to make tragedy happen somewhere in the world.

For more detail, a station begins or ends a planet’s retrograde phase, and therefore intensifies the planet’s meaning. The square between Saturn and Pluto is the aforementioned aspect, which signifies the build-up of pressure, until only an explosion can release it. And when a planet leaves a sign to enter a new one, it rallies the qualities of the previous signs like a swan song. In a humorous instance, we might say the song that is associated with Jupiter leaving Aquarius is “Shake, Rattle ‘n’ Roll.”

The images of Saturn and Pluto are in the volcanic ash explosion of the mountainous volcanoes of Iceland too. Pluto, obviously, is the ash that came from the depths of the volcanoes, but Saturn represents the mountains and overall geography of Iceland.
In September 1923, when Saturn was in Libra and separating from a square to Pluto in Cancer (with Uranus in Pisces, by the way, and on a Solar Eclipse), there was the greatest earthquake in Japan’s history. It levelled Tokyo and Yokohama, and killed 300,000 people! (The tragic earthquake and tsunami in March 2011, is an astrological lesson for another day).

BREAKUP AN INCURABLE PAIN

A study says around 11% of Indians reported extended bouts of depression due to their breakups and nearly 25% have fallen victim to a major depression episode. On the score, Indians are the more susceptible to feeling down due to their breakups.
Once in a person’s life, everyone finds his /her perfect person whom they fall hopelessly in love with and live happily ever after. This is their fantasy world. But in the real world, this simply does not exist. Yes people have common interests and therefore develop romantic involvement, but it is a basic common sense that these relationships have a life span and simply cannot last. Romanticism is wonderful in itself, and thus two people can live in heavenly bliss, but it all must come to an end somehow.
It is not like that every time the story is same. But surely it happens in many lives. Sometimes the unwanted pain is so harsh and cruel that we cannot bear. But most importantly why it happens so. Is there any other definition of love and sacrifice which we cannot fulfil or our interests become changes according to time and situation?  It is a bitter truth that more expectation changes the degree of love.
The most common reason why couples might break up is money or lack of money. One reason for separation is addiction, whether it is an addiction to drugs, sex, gambling etc., it does affect the relationship. Physical disabilities also occur, but most importantly when two people don’t feel attracted towards each other. Finding someone cheating leads to a lack of trust and thus, kills the relationship.
Also, another very serious reason to break a relationship is abuse. I suggest you friends please don’t abuse your girlfriend, spouse or children. Astrology says that someone who is abusing is playing with fire by letting it go on. Differences in goals, religion, race, incompatible personalities and families also can be the major reasons for breakup. Sometimes we don’t want to break our relationship but it happens naturally. Not only because of these reasons but also our stars can be against us. It can be handled wisely.
Everyone goes through life experiencing romantic relationships. But it is rare that one of these relationships span an entire life time. These reasons can range from simply growing apart to finding your partner cheating or simply being too different to be together. These breakups and reasons for them are not meant to scare you away from relationship. I suggest you that you should enjoy relationship, but at the same time identify warning signs and come to me any time.
Astrology in my view is not merely abstention from your problems but an active and positive approach to your problems and relations. In astrology, there is a yearning in the hear for peace. Because of the wounds, the rejections-we have received in past relationships; we are frightened by the risks. We discount the dream of authentic community as merely visionary. But there are rules and hope in astrology by which the old wounds are healed. It is the mission to teach the real values of life, to make hope again and again. It is a form of relaxation that encourages the recreation processes. I assure you that astrology has the capacity for taking out infinite pains off your lives.

Eradicate The Kaal Sarpa Yoga Prevalent In Your Horoscope This Shiv Ratri

This Shiv(meaning "auspicious one") ratri will be celebrated on the 2nd of March 2011 which shall be trayodashi of krishana paksha of Phalgun Maas. Shiv Ratri the most pious day when prayers if offered to lord Shiva are seldom left unheard. It is understood that on this day lord shiva got married to parvatiji.

On this day it is also known that Shiv became ‘Neel Kantaham’ or the blue throated by swallowing the deadly poison that came up during the churning of "Kshir Sagar" or the milky ocean. The poison was so deadly that even a drop in His stomach, which represents the universe, would have annihilated the entire world. Hence, He held it in His neck, which turned blue due to the effect of poison. Shivratri is therefore also a day of thanksgiving to the Lord for protecting us from annihilation.

Now a most important thing to know: If there is Kaal Sarpa Dosha prevalent in the kundli/horoscope of any individual then this is the day when it can get eradicated form the kundli/horoscope and it shall cease to show its ill effect.

What to do: Just offer prayer to Lord Shiva in a prescribed manner with or without the aid of an able Bhramin. After offering the prayer put a 14 faced rudrakash around your neck and bid farewell to that dreaded Kaal Sarpa Yoga.

How to do: The method is very simple, obtain a nag-nagin joda in silver from a jweller nearyby and put this in a bowl (lota) filled with panchamrit( a mixture of Ganga Jal or simple water, curd, ghee, sugar and tulsi). Now put this mixture over the Shiv Lingam in a temple nearby your home. While pouring those mixtures recites the following eleven times “OM NAMAH SHIVAY”. After this place a fourteen faced rudraksh around your neck.

What shall happen: the dreaded kaal sarpa yoga which prevented the positive results to show up in your kundli gets washed away. Now the significance of that Dosha shall cease to bother you.

“OM NAMAH SHIVAY”
