WORSHIPPING TREES ACCORDING TO NAKSHATRAS

Trees are the largest and the longest living organisms on earth. Trees are very important to our environment. Trees are very important and play a significant role in our life. Although they now occupy less than six per cent of the land surface of the earth, they sustain more than half of the biological species on the planet.

TREES AND OUR HOROSCOPE
When we born, we are greatly influenced by the planetary movements of all Grah, Nakshatras and the Stars in which we are born. We have to face the good, bad and worse effects of these nakshatras in our life as they are placed in our horoscope. Even sometimes a child is also cursed by the parents due to the bad or wrong deeds done by the child. Parents often curse their children that you are good for nothing and never do any good thing in your life instead of creating problems. There are many solutions in Indian Vedic Astrology to ward off the worst effects caused by the incorrect placements of your nakshara, stars, grah, dasha and mahadasha. By worshipping trees we can sort out many unwanted problems from our life because trees only give us many things but do not take anything in return.

TREES AND THEIR RELATED NAKSHATRAS
• If you are born in Ashwini nakshatra and facing problems due to this tree you should worship kuchla tree by water in to the roots of kuchla tree and take a round around the tree.
• If you are born in Krutika Nakshatra you should serve Gular tree by offering rice and water into the root of this tree and do parikrama or round around the tree.
• To get the blessings of Rohini Nakshatra offer sugar and wheat flour in to the roots of Jamun tree.
• To get the blessings of Mrigshira Nakshatra worship ber tree especially on Wednesday as it increases the wealth.
• If you are born in Adra Nakshatra worship Krishna Kamal tree as it can enhance your luck.
• To get the blessings of Punarwasu Nakshatra water the roots of Babool tree and to get the blessings of Pushaya Nakshatra worship Peepal tree regularly and also take the round of this tree.
• You should worship Champa tree if you are born in Ashlesha Nakshatra.
• Worship Banyan tree if you are born in Mega Nakshatra. You will get a lot of benefits in all walks of life.
• Falguni Nakshatra persons should worship Ashok tree as it can remove the negative energy from your home.
• If you are born in Hasta Nakshtra you should water in Juhi tree.
• If you are born in Swati Nakshatra worship Arjun tree with sugar and rice. If you are unable to get it as a tree you can offer your love and devotion to its bark. You will be blessed with lots of happiness.
• For Jyeshtha Nakshatra you should offer till and shugar in to the roots of very beneficial Neem tree.
• For Purvashad and Shravan nakshatra worship Oak Tree especially on Wednesday.
• For Uttarashad Nakshatra give water to Kadamb tree and worship coconut tree if you are born in Ghanishtha Nakshatra. Worship coconut in your shrine if you do not find coconut tree.
• Worship Mango tree if you are born in Shatbhisha Nakshatra as it can create miracles in your life.
• If you are born in Bhadrapaksha Nakshatra worship yellow Kadamb tree and worship Mehnadi tree if you have uttari Bhadrapaksha nakshatra in your horoscope.
• If you are born in Revati Nakshatra water the ber tree.

Thus trees are full of spiritual life. There are many examples of trees playing pivotal roles in mythology and religion throughout the world. Astrology was always popular in the ancient world as indeed it is today. Even the priest among the Celtic nations also used trees as astrological symbol. Trees were the symbols of learning, knowledge, strength. But unfortunately due to the occupation of Celtic lands by the Romans we have very little knowledge of how the priests used the trees on the zodiac sign. Today astrology is also playing an important support for solving our many problems through the use of trees. The need is to have complete faith on it because without faith nothing can work. If you are facing any problem just because of the incorrect placement of grah, nakshatra, dasha and mahadasha, you should consult an expert astrologer so that if your problem in not eradicated even then it can show its minimum effects on you. It is not impossible to cure any problems if it is cured and taken care by the correct person and at the correct time.

VIJAYDASHMI OR DUSSEHRA

Today is the tenth tithi of Ashwin Mass of shukla paksha and the moon is in shrawan nakshatra. According to Ramayana, Ram worshipped Duga puja to get the blessings of Maa Durga to kill Ravana. Ravana was the 10 headed demon. He kidnapped Lord Rama's wife Sita to Lanka. Lord Ram with the help of his brother Lakshaman and Hanuman, rescued Sita from Lanka. Dassehra indicates the triumph of Lord Ram's victory. After conquering Lanka, Ram returned to Ayodhya with Sita and Lakshaman on this day called Dasshera. It also depicts the end of Navratri, the festival of nine nights. It is considered very auspicious in India. Navratri. "Nav" means nine and "ratri" means nights, therefore the word "Navratri"and Dassehra means the Tenth Day, of the bright half of Ashwin.
On Vijayadashmi, the idols of Goddess Durga are immersed into water, after the nine days of festivities. It is believed that the people of eastern state of West Bengal adopted Durga as their daughter and thus, she comes to the home of her parents every year, during the last four days of Navratri, along with her sons Ganesha and Kartikeya, and daughters Lakshmi and Saraswati and then she finally goes to her husband's place on Vijayadashmi.

THE BURNING OF THE EFFIGY OR STATUE OF RAVANA
On Dassehra, the celebration of good over evil is shown by burning the effigy of Ravana. The statue of the 10 headed demon Ravana is made of wood, hay etc with fireworks inside. The celebrations begin around sunset. Families and friends gather in the evening and then the statue is set on fire. People shoot arrows on the effigy. The effigy burns up with a huge display of fireworks, which is an exciting event for kids and adults also.

RAM LEELA
In all parts of India "Ram Leela" is performed which tells the stories from the Ramayana. These stories are about Hanuman, his burning tail, Ravana's abduction of Sita, Ram's victory over Ravana and the rescue of Sita.

VICTORY OF DURGA OVER MAHISURA
There are also some other stories related to Dussehra. Goddess Durga represents two forms of female energy - one mild and protective and the other fierce and destructive. One story represents this day as a celebration of the victory of Durga over the demon Mahishasura and how she came about. The gods in heaven decided to create an all-powerful being to kill the demon king Mahishasur who was ready to attack them. With a stream of lightning from the mouths of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh, a beautiful, magnificent woman with ten hands was created. Then all the gods equipped her with their special weapons. She then destroyed King Mahishasur.

Dhaumya rishi's son, Mahaar married Shami, daughter of Aarva rishi, of Malwa. After marriage both were going to take the blessings of Shaunak rishi. On the way they met Bhrachundi rishi who had a trunk on his head. Seeing this they started making fun of him. The rishi got angry and cursed them to turn into trees. For succor both prayed to Ganeshji. He blessed them that they would be offered worship from the people. Since then people offer pujan to the Mahaar tree and Shami. This pujan is considered to be as fruitful as Shiv's pujan.
It is also believed that on this day, Arjun picked up his weapons hidden in the Shami tree, to battle with Duryodhan in order to retrieve Virat Raja's cows from him.

RITUALS PERFORM ON DUSSEHRA
• People offer pujan to weapons and vehicles.
• People embark on all forms of auspicious ventures on this day, without the need to consider the auspicious time in the 'panchaang.'

• These food items balance the 'pitta'. During and after Bhadarva, 'pitta' usually increases, which leads to various illnesses. Therefore the above foods of sugar and ghee balance 'pitta'.
• Farmers and artisans too worship their respective implements or instruments.

Today is the ninth tithi of Ashwin Mass and the moon is in Uttar shad Nakshatra. Today is the day for worshipping Maa Bhagwati. You can get all siddhi by worshipping her. This aspect of Maa Durga is considered the greatest form and salvation giving Maa.

The ninth Aspect of Maa Durga is believed as Maa Siddhidaatri. Maa Siddhidatri is considered as the giver of all forms of achievements [Siddhi]. The Goddess Siddhidatri is capable of giving all types of occult powers and she is also the possessor of twenty six different wishes to give her worshipers. According to the Brahmavaivart Purana there are 18 types of achievements which are Anima, Mahima, Garima, Ladhima, Prapti, Prakaamya, Ishitva, Vashitva, Sarvakaamaal, Saadhita, Sarvagynatva, Durshravana, Parkaayapraveshan, VakaSiddhi, Kalpavrushatva, Shrishti, Samharkaransaamarthya, Amaratva, Sarvanyayakatva, Bhavana and Siddhi.

According to Devi Purana, Bhagavan Shiva got all the achievements only by the grace of Maa Siddhidaatri. That is why his half body was turned in to the Devi and he was renowned as Ardhanareshwar. Dev, Danav, Gandharva, Kinnar, Yaksh and Manushya worship Maa Siddhidaatri to get achievements or sidhhi. ‘Siddhi’ is a Sanskrit term which means ‘perfection’. Goddess Siddhidatri has four arms. She holds a Chakra in her right lower hand and a mace in the upper hand. In the left lower hand there is a conch and in her upper left hand a lotus flower. She is seen as seated on a lotus flower with the lion as her mount.

Maa Durga removes ignorance and she provides the knowledge of realisation to Brahmins. She is always surrounded by Siddhas, Gandharvas, Yakshas, Demons and Gods who are worshiping her. The Siddhi is the realization that everything is Supreme Being or Brahman. If a “sadhaka” worships her with his full faith he can get all “Siddhis” and nothing remains unattainable from him in the universe. Siddhi means enlistment. She is complete form of Shakti which is power of Shiva. Without Shakti Shiva will be “Saab” which means powerless
