Reap Diwali - It is Auspicious – An Astrological Perceptive

The celebration of Diwali is spread over five days and it begins from Vasu Baras and ends at Bhaiduj and the festival of Diwali is celebrated on 15th day of the waning moon in the Hindu month of kartik. The planetary position of the planets in this period is such, that almost all the planets bestow the native with positivity and wealth.

On and around Diwali the Sun and the Moon are conjunct and placed in Libra sign and Swati Nakshatra. This transitory position is known to bestow upon us commiseration, compassion, sympathy, friendliness. It also happens that peace becomes the main objective for individuals and to attain this individual may even leave his share of things for attaining a compromising and friendly solution.

The natives all over are showered with such beneficial rays from this Libran placed Sun and Moon that the individual tends to be happy, have a go-getter type frame of mind and is filled with enthusiasm. Small beneficial voyages become the order of the day. This planetary position also boosts the harmony in marital life and the native also become the receiver of more love and affection from his parents.

It has to be kept in mind that the Libran sign is represented by “the balance sign” and it is the only inanimate sign of the zodiac which denotes justice and the lord of this sign is Venus, which is the Karaka of mutual cooperation, brotherhood and respect. So the qualities of both Sun and Moon gets altered, when placed in this sign.

The constellation which houses these two planets at this auspicious time is Swati and this constellation plays a very important role in creating this atmosphere. This feminine constellation has an inclination toward music, songs, education (Saraswati orientation), tends to compromise easily, has an ability to accomplish harder works easily and bestows nectar to individuals when happy and all these qualities are bestowed to all individual and a happy atmosphere surrounds all of us.

The god to be prayed is the Sun (representing the planets), Pawan or Hanuman (representing the constellation) and Laxmi with Ganesh (representing over all prosperity and wealth).

It is however misunderstood by most that this auspicious moment shall bestow it goodness even if the individual does not follow right path. It is seen that people involve themselves in gambling, boozing and other prohibited activities which if practiced can drastically change this good scenarios into a non favourable scene and the scars left by its practice can be hard to remove.
