REGULAR SHOPPING HELPS YOU LIVE LONGER, ARE MEN LISTENING?

It may not come as a surprising fact for women, but scientists have found that shopping regularly can help one live longer and men are likely to benefit the most. It has been found that those who shopped daily were 27% less likely than average to die over the study period, from 1999 to 2008. Men appear to benefit from a daily dose of retail therapy more than women. Female daily shoppers were 23% less likely to die over the decade but male daily shoppers were 28%less likely to do so, the researchers found.

Astrology can inform you of different times when there will be better opportunities for you to make more money for shopping. Additionally astrology can help you know when you need to pay extra attention to your finances, pull in the spending reins so you aren't caught with a pile of bills and short on cash. To find the best aspects for money in your chart you need to know the planet that rules your second house. The generic planet of finance is Venus. Venus is usually thought of as the planet of love but it is also for which we love and value. The main thing is to know when the planets which represent money are moving through your second house or connected to the planet that represents your money planet.

Does the idea of going shopping give you a euphoric feeling deep down inside? If so, then you may have more than a small problem in your hands. Shopping might not be good for your wallet, but it could be good for your health, new researches suggest. Walking between shops and lifting heavy shopping bags provides a workout which burns 385 calories a week. It is found that women cover an average of nearly three miles during the 2.5 hours they spend browsing the shops every week. In contrast, men typically spend just 50 minutes shopping and cover just 1.5 miles. Almost half of women admitted that they ‘shop till they drop.’

Shopping can be an emotional release for many people. Lots of people shop to reduce stress or just to pass the time. Shopping out of boredom or to cope with life's woes can lead to much bigger problems. When it starts to get out of control, consumerism becomes a bad habit; it can even become an addiction. If your bank account has been taking a beating due to over purchasing, you might have a compulsion to shop. Finding yourself in a financial struggle or deep in debt can strain relationships with your friends and family. Living beyond your means stretches your sanity as well as your wallet.

Do you go out for just a few things and come home with your trunk full? Do you seem to shop more after an emotional trauma or stressful situation? These are the questions that people with a problem don't want to face. Don't get caught in that downward spiral of spending due to stress where that moment of movementory happiness leads to even more stress and worry. Ask yourself every time if what you are about to buy is a "need" or a "want". Have you made purchases and regretted it later? Have you bought things that you never used? Maybe your family or friends have expressed a concern or disapproval that led you to hide items, or lie about prices.

Avoid circumstances that may make you spend. Never use credit cards. Exercise, do yoga and take hot baths which generally curb the temptation to shop. Take a drive through the country where there aren't any stores. Patience is a learned skill. Have patience with yourself and your money. Immediate gratification doesn't last long, but patience can benefit you for the rest of your life. If you need more help than you can seek the help of a Vedic Astrologer who can tell you better that if there are some malice stars and dasha in your horoscope that incite you to waste your money in useless shopping.

So let go back to basic and try to understand how planets affect us and how we can solve our problem also with the help of astrology. We are part of this great Universe and any movement in the Universe affect the living organisms on the earth. The immense gravitational forces of planets affect the extreme sensitive brain of human-being and form a thought - process. This thought-process forces him to respond in a particular pattern of actions and behaviour. Every action in our lives is the result of our thought. Thus good deeds and bad deeds are formed and a chain reaction begins. Thus past deeds (Karma) are responsible for our present agonies, the effect of the same can be minimized substantially if proper and special efforts in the form of Mantra, Tanta, Yantra, Gems, Charity and Pooja are taken. So it is better to save money because it is very sad to regret over spilt milk. Shop whenever is needed but please don’t make it your habit.
